• Most recent payroll stub or proof of deposit
• SS benefit letter
• DL and SS card or State ID
• No bankruptcy or garnishment
• Proof of residency
• Must live or work within 30 miles of store location
• Credit report (based on bill pay, medical excluded, not credit score)
